Dr. Eugene B. Kogan is an award-winning Harvard thought leader and keynote speaker on power strategies in negotiation and leadership. Part of KPMG’s Negotiation & Coaching Team, he teaches at Harvard Professional & Executive Development.

For almost 20 years, he has been enabling thousands of executives worldwide to make strategic choices during pivotal moments. With insights grounded in rigorous research — including a co-authored book, Mediation: Negotiation by Other Moves (Wiley 2021) — and firsthand learning from masters of the craft like Henry Kissinger, Condoleezza Rice, and Colin Powell, Dr. Kogan offers tailored approaches to cultivate resilient, forward-thinking leadership cultures that thrive on challenges and embrace change thereby adding substantial value to C-suite leadership, deal-making, and strategic execution.

Andrew Lewis is a senior partner at KPMG LLP, having recently served as KPMG’s Federal Audit Service Line leader, and is based in the Washington, DC office.  He is now a part of the KPMG nuclear energy sector and is supporting the growth and development of our U.S. energy policy.  Mr. Lewis has nearly 30 years of experience focused on performing financial statement audits, attestation services, reviews, and accounting and advisory services. 

In addition to a broad range of professional and not-for-profit leadership roles, Andrew served as an adjunct professor for 12 years.  He taught two different graduate courses on government and not-for-profit accounting and auditing in the Master of Accountancy program at The George Washington University (GW).  Mr. Lewis currently serves on the GW School of Business Board of Advisors and the Accountancy Program’s Advisory Council.
