Harvard Club of Virginia’s Tour of VMFA’s Terracotta Army Exhibition—Feb. 16

The Harvard Club of Virginia invites all Ivy League and Seven Sisters alumni/ae and their guests to the Virginia Museum of Fine Art’s Chinese Terracotta Army Exhibition.  This is truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see a historic exhibit, as explained by knowledgable docents.  We have reserved 30 places for two docents to lead us through the exhibition.  Afterwards, those who wish to can reserve seats at VMFA’s fine dining Amuse Restaurant on the top floor of the museum.  Here are the details:
 

When:  Friday, February 16 from 6:00 to 7:00pm (please arrive by 5:45pm)

Cost for non-VMFA members is $23.00 ($16.00 admission to the exhibition and $7.00 for the docent-led tour) per person.  Cost for VMFA members is $7.00 per person, as the exhibition admission charge is waived.  VMFA members must email their VMFA membership numbers to Kim Chaffee at kim.chaffee2@gmail.com by Friday, February 1 at 11:30pm.  Otherwise they will need to pay the non-member $23.00 price. 
 

Parking:  Parking is available at the VMFA garage at Sheppard Streets and Stuart Avenue.  There is no charge for VMFA members.  Non-members pay $5.00 per car.
