An Afternoon Recital

Dear Friends,
I would like to invite you to one of two recitals with my colleague from Hampden-Sydney College, David Salvage. We will be performing once in Richmond and once at Hampden-Sydney. Here is the information:
Wednesday, September 16th, 7:30pm, Crawley Forum, Hampden-Sydney College
Saturday, September 19th, 4:00pm, Perkinson Hall, University of Richmond
The program includes some fantastic Korngold (Shakespeare Songs), and a striking set by Respighi, with texts by D’Annunzio, including an enchanting song based on a Cesti aria melody, which I will also sing. David will play a beautiful piece he has composed, a Variation on “All the Pretty Little Horses.” In addition, we will perform a setting of Christina Rossetti poems by David, who will be accompanying.
Both concerts are free and open to the public- I hope you can join us!
